We had a lovely clean spacious room with a balcony . The breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Yorgos the owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The beach was only a few minutes walk away . Our dog loved it too !

The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything somebody may need during the holidays. Moreover, despite kitchen facilities there are bikes to use for free, some beach equipment etc. If you need something not present in the apartment, communicate the owners, they will help. The beach is in front of the facilities, everything is close, just several minutes of walking…

Friendly helpful owner (despite not speaking any English) all very clean and modern basic kitchen facilities in room, which meant that not providing breakfast was not a problem. Nice gardens, drying facilities. Small village off the tourist trail, but with fantastic beach and some restaurants and bars.

The location is good, close to some shops and tavernas. It is nice to go out for an evening stroll. There is a small table outside. Rooms are good, the bathroom a bit outdated.

Mitikas is good choice to spend a summer or any kind of vacation. We like that beach was not overcrowded like in other summer destination. Nice blue water, a lot of beautiful restaurants....We definitely recommend this area and will come back for sure.

Small and quiet and friendly, not a charter tourist destination, which I like. Two minimarkets got your needs covered, if you need something more, take a taxi into Preveza city. Lovely little, sandy beach in Mitikas, but I liked to walk for halv an hour to Ionian beach club, with excellent service and a pebble beach.

While there is several good or very good tavernas, five minutes walk to very large beach, 10 minutes walk to other large beach with harbour, it’s also a great base to visit other places such as north to Metora or south to Lefkarder .
We went to Iraklis Hotel for a weekend. This is another example that the critics (reviews) reflect the real situation. With reviews over 9, this hotel offers more than you expect. Don't get confused with the 2 stars. It very clean, the people are friendly, the rooms are great. It is quite and you can visit big cities (like Preveza and Parga) very quickly. You can choose to swim in the beach right in front of the hotel or you can visit the very large beach which is 5 minutes away.
I would choose it again.
the hotel has a very beautiful garden and is very close to the sea; in the room there is a kitchenette with everything you need; the beach near the hotel is sandy with a smooth entry into the water, very suitable for children; it is 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car to the center where most of the restaurants are located; 3 hypermarkets can be found approximately 15 minutes by car; you can reach Preveza in 10 minutes by car, Parga in 50 minutes and Lefkada in 45 minutes
Great hotel close to the sea, near some nice beaches. Very friendly and helpful staff, really helped us with everything. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast is awesome as well.
Pool is nice, although we never used it, went for the sea. I can really recommend this accomodation for everyone. One thing to be prepared for: the better beach bars along monolithi beach are not in comfortable walking distance, car, motorbike or bike recommended if you plan to visit those.
The garden was beautiful, with small details to make you feel welcome and relaxed, and everything is clean and in order.
It says it has a fully equiped kitchen and it actually does. We didn't use most of the stuff, but it felt like a home kitchen and I really liked that.
Leader is one of the few places that has signs around Mytikas, so it was very easy to find the rooms.

I like everything. The hosts were very friendly and helped for everything you need. The apartment is located in a small and quiet village, near Preveza and Lefkada. The cleanliness was excellent and they clean floors every day and change towels and sheets every 3 days. A beach is in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Monolithi beach is also organized beache with good Lithos beach bar and it is nearby Faros apartment.

In general an unspoilt area , several good restaruants in the village a few minutes walk away. George the owner couldnt have been more helpful and considerate, airport pick up was especially welcome.
We happily found this place in a wonderful surrounding, not too far from the beautiful beach. The family host was friendly and welcoming, they brought us fish and meat from the grill one day. The beach mytikas is great. The TV could play my prime-account movies and they provide a washing machine. We definitely want to come back here! Thank you!

I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this but it is easily the best 2* hotel I’ve been to! The family who run it are incredibly welcoming and helpful, really went above and beyond to make it a good stay. There is a really good hidden sandy beach next to it.
The hotel is pet friendly. The location is great with amazing beaches. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from your balcony.

Awesome hotel for family, peace and quiet. Relatively close to the beach but there is a pool as a second option. Breakfast is ok, lots of things to eat and/or combine. Staff is very helpful, cleaning 10/10. Internet is fast and maintained.
Everything was perfect. The location, the hospitality of the staff, the beach next to the hotel. Jorgos was very helpful and welcoming, he showed us around in the area, and always replied fast whenever we needed advice on something.
