Beautiful place to visit, very good beach (fit for families with kids or romantic travels), perfectly clean water, easy and smooth access in the water, excellent restaurants to eat, easy to travel to. Prices are very low compared to other places in Greece. Many amazing beaches around. Good for shopping souvenirs.

Small and nice place. There is space for everything! You can find sunshades everywhere, there is grass near the beach. Nice and quiet place, great for real resting and to have a real vacation. The food is great, it is not too expensive. I definitely plan to go back when I need to recharge my batteries.

Small town with nice beach. Not too much to explore except restaurants, bars and cafes. Food was great where ever we took a meal. Whole town can be explored in few days. If You like sightseeing plan trips to near by larger towns.

Went for a nostalgia trip, my mom used to go and loved it back in the 80s. The city clock was left there, no investment, even the grass was not mowed, the facilities everywhere were very low maintained. The walk to the "centre" was nice but the center was too crowded. Not well organized. Needs a good living hand and got so much potential. Has greenery all over. Very helpful in the summer days.
Beautiful beaches. Clean golden sandy beaches. Great parking spots. Public beaches. Smiling and welcoming people and true too.
Not so expensive. Mildly so.
Would recommend for a very chill vacation.

A little peace of heaven! The cuisine of Greece is amazing, love all the taverns next to the beach, and the walking alley at the seaside. There are quite a few beach bars which add to the seaside in a very positive matter - having a soda/ beer / casual cocktail, just like that. The beaches are mostly rocky, so I’d suggest getting some hard flops for the first few meters, the rest is pure sand.
Highly recommend this place! The apartment is very cozy, stylish and nicely equipped. It’s located right near the central fountain and beach, also on the next street from all the busy restaurants, so you receive all the pros of the location without all of the noise and inconveniences of a crowd of tourists. The hosts are the most nice and welcoming people, you will definitely enjoy your stay at their place! Also, they speak English and Bulgarian perfectly well.
There is no second option in Asprovalta! If you are looking to book a room in Asprovalta, Candy's rooms is the first and only choice! Hosts are amazing, helpful and always ready to go above and beyond! Rooms are cozy and give the feeling of comfort, warmth and relaxation! You will feel the sense of home away from home! Sea, shops and bars are two minutes away. Candy and her husband are the best representatives of Greek Hospitality.
A lovely place to stay, especially for families, beautiful, clean, fully furnished and the best location in Asprovalta. It is located near the best beach in Asprovalta, 5 min walk, center is also 5 min walk, and there is a big market near the villa. The outstanding hospitality, generosity and big smile of the hosts makes yours stay even more magical. I will go for sure again in villa loula maria and recommend to others.
Dimitris is very sunny and nice host, we got a compliment Greek coffee in the mornings.
The place is a bit old, but clean, the room was not very big but it was ok for 2 people.
The balcony was also a corridor at the same time. There were enough parking spots.
And you need only 15 minutes walk to the Asprovalta city center with all the restaurants, coffee and souvenirs shops.
it's was our first stay in this lovely family hotel, we were look after by gorgeous young lady, who helps us with everything, gave us information where to go for dinner, about our future travel, she made for us tasty breakfast, it was really family atmosphere, my husband and I felt like we were at home, we recomend this hotel :))

The owner allowed us to check out late because of a late flight and it made a huge difference to be able to stay on the beach and shower before checking out. Thank you.
Clean, quiet and spacious! The garden area is serene, cozy. Vasilis is a wonderful host, welcoming, kind, funny - we felt like home! It’s a short walk to the beach (4/5 mins) and downtown is just an another few minutes away. Place is gem- highly recommend it!

Very close to the beach and restaurants. We fell in love with the owner and his dog - very friendly and welcoming even though he was not speaking english. We would return just to meet them again.
The hotel was open in May 2021. Everything is new and looks perfect. The breakfast was good. The staff is very polite. Exceptional place. 5 minutes drive from Asprovalta center and the beach.
Lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything, location was good, hotel has private parking. Overall great experience, definitely recommend.
