You can see the sea from the room. The room is well cleaned. Beach one minute. Food, souvenirs, shops, bar are within walking distance.
There are two large supermarkets going up the highway in a straight line for a few blocks.
There is Mario's tavern nearby, where you can taste local cuisine, delicious and good service.
You can walk to the next town (Asprovalta), where it is noisier and there are more establishments for every taste. Dimitris's is very tasty.
On Mondays there is a market where you can buy fresh seafood

There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, markets.
It is easy to walk anywhere you like.

Nikolaos and Iota are great hosts. We have never been so well received. As soon as we arrived, we were offered all the comforts - a welcome drink, free coffee and drinks all the time. They are very radiant, friendly and ready to respond to any request. Well done to them. We will be there again in September. We give it the highest rating. We recommend it to everyone if they want to have a great time.

Nea Vrasna itself has a really nice peaceful beach, some small shops and a few restuarants The next town of Astrovalta is easily reached within a 15 Min walk and is much livelier with lots of shops and nice taverns and seafront restuarants, we went there to eat Seafood every evening for 2 Persons with a salad and 0.5 Liter of wine for €30 - €35 Euro.

Nea Vrasna is very easy to get to, getting around town is very good. Beaches is not sandy but small rocks, sea water is clean and have a strong salinity. You have 3 great supermarkets near the entrance to he town.
It is ideal place with European quality! Everything is regularly renovated. Perfect breakfast and you may ask to cook specially for you. In the rooms you will find everything what you will need. My wife was surprised to find all women things in the bathroom. :) We didn't met such service even in 5 stars hotels. Close to the beach and totally pet's friendly. Good terrace with a bar. Really beautiful and romantic at the evening. Good internet. Owners are amaysing :) We really didn't want to leave.
The place is large. It is suitable for family. It is near to the beach 60-70 meters. It can be quite if there are no Balkan people especially from Southeastern part of the Balkans in the nearest hotels. The host was very nice and fulfill our needs. Everything was what I was expected. I like the place and it is possible to come again. The beds are suitable. The furniture is ok. Overall I was for 17 days and I am very happy that I found the place and this place is perfect for children* .
It was our third time staying at this excellent hotel. When we are on holiday, we expect easy going through pretty much everything. It is exactly what you can expect here: from great hosts up to a beautiful, new, and clean apartment and domestic breakfast. The hotel is located near the main road, which might cause frustrations at the first sight, BUT it is close to a wonderful beach (400 m) and there is a safe passage under the street. It is a safe place to stay with your children.
It was a really nice apart-hotel worth the price. I really recommend it for every family not having or knowing a place where to stay there. The staff was excellent and the other people were helpful and nice. When we got there we immediately got shown our room and helped to know where the bakery was, the supermarket was and other places. For our second time in Greece and first time in Thessaloniki, it was a beautiful time.
The hotel has an amazing location, right on the beach and next to shops, restaurants and cafes. It's fairly new furnished and clean. Parking was never a problem as there are a lot of places you can park around the hotel. WI-FI worked well the whole time. The staff was friendly and polite. It's an ok place considering value for money.
Every day the host cleaned the room, washed the dishes and refilled the basic supplies - toilet paper, soap etc. She was at the property everyday willing to help us with whatever a tourist needs. It was a very pleasent experience and if we'll ever return to Nea Vrasna we'll chose the same location. Thank you again!
There was no breakfast at the hotel, but the location and the view are amazing! It is right at the first line in front of the beach. Plenty of restaurants and coffee places around. Nice paved area for running in the morning or taking a walk in the evening. The host is super friendly and helpful all the time.
Good location, near the sea. Cozy hotel with a nice pool and facilities and good rooms for the price we paid. Everything was needed inside the room. Location close to the beach and relatively close to the centre of Nea Vrasna (which is an uninteresting resort with mass tourism). Apartment modernly furnished, clean (except for ants) and spacious, cleaned daily (which did not solve the ant problem).
The hotel was brand new and shiny and the girl at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and there was a big terrace with nice sea view. We were given a compliment when we checked-out - a bottle of white wine.
