The place is just magical - the common areas, garden and room are furnished with a lot taste and attitude. Our studio had everything needed and even more as equipment, clean and quiet. The host is really nice guy who takes care in details the guests to feel welcome. The breakfast is 10/10 as well - huge choice, great plated and zero plastic packaging (so nice!). Excellent cocktails at garden bar, which is also heavenly designed for summer evenings. Baby cot with cosy blanket in room and kids cutlery at breakfast are also good point. The beach and main street of resort are close (we don’t recommend that beach due to the fact the water quickly goes deep and it is not sandy) as well as different type of shops. As most of the Greek sea side places, small, lot of shops and tavernas by the sea , crowded especially at night. The beach is long and wide, with lot of sunbeds and umbrelas bars where you just pay for the drinks and can use the sunbeds. There is also lot of free space where you can put your own umbrelas. Sea is calm in the mornings and lot of waves in the afternoons.

The villa is very close to the beach, taverns and shops, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room well equipped, terrace where you can eat.
The water is clear and clean, without algae, is deep from about 3-4 meters away from the shore, children must be supervised. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but you can also sit under your own umbrella.
There is a promenade for walking, with many shops and taverns. Asprovalta can also be reached on foot.

If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

The hotel is clean and close to the beach-less then 100 metres.
The only one minus is - there were only 2 TV programs available- Eurosport in German and another one TV Program in Serbian Language.

There are a lot of restaurants, bakeries, markets.
It is easy to walk anywhere you like.

Nikolaos and Iota are great hosts. We have never been so well received. As soon as we arrived, we were offered all the comforts - a welcome drink, free coffee and drinks all the time. They are very radiant, friendly and ready to respond to any request. Well done to them. We will be there again in September. We give it the highest rating. We recommend it to everyone if they want to have a great time.

The place is ideally positioned, it is located in the quietest part of Nea Vrasna, without a lot of crowd and noise. The urban part, cafes and crowds, are a few minutes walk in whichever direction you go (towards Asprovalta or Stavros ). The beach is 50m away, there was always a place under an umbrella and the service was very pleasant and hospitable. The room service is in every few days. The host is very kind and available for any question. Everything is like in the description. All recommendations.
The 10 days spent here were perfect. The accommodation is on the beach and ideal for those looking for an oasis of peace and simple, unadorned Greece. You feel like swimming, get out of the room and throw yourself into the waves of the sea! The property is ideally located in Nea Vrasna. Eva, our host, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water when we checked in. A very nice gesture! Thanks for everything and we will definitely be back!
A wonderful family hotel with excellent modern furnished rooms. Kitchen with the necessary appliances to prepare dinner on the balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely hosts who were constantly smiling and asking if everything was ok. Quiet street where you can hear the waves in the evening even though you are not on the beach. The place deserves every good word.
The hotel owners are very caring and attentive people. Service at the highest level. The hotel is simply wonderful. Thank you very much for an unforgettable vacation
