Rooms at number 4, hotel in Swafield

Set in North Walsham, 14 km from Blickling Hall, Rooms at number 4 offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

Convenient, cheap, quite comfortable. Good location close to town centre but easy to park. Plenty of milk and teabags provided. Rooms are quite compact so need to be friendly with the person you are sharing with! Storage was ok for a couple of days. Coat hooks existed. Café next door is owned by same people I think? There is a small discount for guests, and it is a good café. £6.50 for avocado and poached egg on toast is quite reasonable these days!

There is a lovely pub on the doorstep of the apartment, plenty of supermarkets at a short distance. Cromer, Sheringham is a short drive away and well worth the visit. We where only there two nights, would liked to have stayed longer. There are also plenty of places to have a meal out. I would highly recommend a visit.

Great period building with a modern room.

Great period building with a modern room. Hosts were friendly and warm and the overall experience was great. It is remote so transportation will be needed or just relax and stroll the many fields nearby.

The peace and tranquility of Swafield was fantastic.

The peace and tranquility of Swafield was fantastic. To sit out in and explore the beautiful gardens was amazing. Lots of eating places within a short drive - we could have prepared meals in our kitchen but other than breakfast we ate out. Our 9-year old grandson was made very welcome and beaches, zoo and adventure sites a short drive away. Perfect location for families who want a peaceful base but can easily reach days-out entertainment for children
