The location is fantastic overlooking the beach and with the golf course alongside it. It’s a lovely building and the rooms are a good size with decent beds, the bathroom is large. The facilities are very good and the restaurant and bar excellent with competitively priced meals and a diverse range of meals too. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is real value for money and a bargain for such a lovely hotel. We are staying over at Christmas and really looking forward to it.

Skegness beach is clean, wide and stretches for miles with lifeguards and daily cleaning. Ingoldmells is also a lovely, quieter stretch of beach reached by an open top bus that travels frequently from the clock tower in Skegness. Nice cafe on Ingoldmells beach that has everything you might need. Ingoldmells doesn't have lifeguards though.

clean comfortable caravan . very cosy with all essentials you’d need. 10 min walk to a local pub . Took us an hour to walk to the main Skegness beach/shops but that’s following Google maps. Think there is a short cut somewhere.
