Great location for a three day stay. Excellent full English breakfast prepared by Mark and all the staff were great. Had an evening meal there two out of the three nights as well and the food is well priced with a good range on the menu. The locals in the bar are very friendly as well which made for a great stay
Great place. Modern room with good facilities/ shower/decor etc. Friendly helpful staff and good choice of food with excellent breakfast. Big beer garden and amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

The area around Mellor was just as we like it - beautiful green countryside, rolling hills and pretty villages. The town of New Mills is well worth a visit, there are many eateries and unusual shops.
