Our stay was a stop on a long country walk. The Low House is unique...an old-fashioned pub without a bar, But it has been turned into a very comfortable and friendly stopover. The breakfast and dinner were perfect.

Really beautifully furnished, spacious, cosy accommodation. Very private. Good underfloor heating. Lovely modern kitchen with good facilities. Two nice comfy sofas for relaxing in the evening. Friendly host who generously provided a bottle of prosecco on arrival.

Home from home. Stacey and Phil are lovely people and very welcoming.
House is spotless despite being a farm.
Enjoyed meeting the rare breeds and new litters of pigs. Lots of info from Stacey.
We will be back when we can buy some veg too!

Room very comfortable, clean and warm (much appreciated as the weather very damp at the time). Lovely breakfast and I particularly liked toasters on the table, so you could make your own toast and have it really warm. Tea provided excellent and strong! Owners were particularly welcoming and understanding when I had a late arrival due to traffic

The barn conversion was beautifully appointed and was in a rural, peaceful location but within easy reach of local shops, amenities and places of interest. Pleasant countryside for walking and fascinating villages to explore. This is an area that still has functioning local pubs which is a great bonus! The Fox and Goose at Fressingham is an excellent place to dine, great food and very friendly staff but do book in advance.
We visited Orford Castle and Snape Maltings and the coast is within easy reach.

I loved this site.
I loved this site. The shepherd's hut was amazing and it was incredibly peaceful. I loved watching the owls and bats swoop over the pond at night and the squirrels and birds feast on the hedgerow in the sunshine.

Stompys Hut was in such beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed, cooked up some lamb cutlets, steak and king prawns on the barbecue and then later toasted the marshmallows (which were complimentary) over the firepit. Lots of wildlife to see. Thank you so much John will definitely be returning!

Laxfield beautiful village with friendly people, it’s a real shame that the actual pub was closed most of the time, only food available Thursday and Friday evening, opened at 7pm. Whereas it used to offer breakfast and was opened daily for lunch and evening meals and delicious Sunday roasts.

A really cute little village.
A really cute little village. The 500 year old museum building was unfortunately closed due to Covid19. The Royal Oak serves fantastic food and their take away pizzas were incredible. The Co-op was also useful.
