Very peaceful setting, nice view and the door opened to the outside which was great as the weather was very hot. The bar is very pleasant and the food was good.

It was lovely and clean. The chalet was so cosy and the little extra touches made it so Homely.

Hawkesbury Upton is a nice village, centrally located for lots of tourist attractions. There are lots of nice walks in the surrounding countryside. It has a well stocked shop and 2 pubs. The Beaufort Arms is very nice, with good beer and food. The Fox Inn had recently reopened and was having teething troubles, which I hope they sort out.
Fantastic service. Everyone weeny above and beyond.
I was doing a 2000 mile 20 day charity bicycle ride and picked this hotel as stopover for day 18. Everything we’d perfect and the staff event kept the kitchen I open for us as we were late in due to the terrible weather that day.
David and his wife were wonderful hosts. David made a huge roasted dinner for us. This is a great location in the middle of Hawkesbury Upton with easy access to the Cotswold Way. There’s also a convenient small grocery across the street.
Nothing. I only ever give fair reviews, but I have to honestly say that The Fox Inn at Hawkesbury Upton is the worst place I have ever stayed. Avoid at all costs!
