A beautiful and stylish property, with ample parking, good location near Burnham market/ Holkham beach and delicious food/ great service. The communal areas were tasteful and comfortable, and little touches like complimentary afternoon cake and tea/coffee facilities made this a touch above the rest. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and the bedroom facilities excellent. I will definitely come back again!

Very friendly staff and great food. Our waiter Josh was fantastic. The pub had a great atmosphere, full of locals on a first name basis with staff. Lovely location with the water just a short walk away.
Comfortable bed.

Nice room and very good shower, very quiet at night. Very helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with great flexibility on breakfast time.
Burnham Overy Staithe is very peaceful.
Trip on the ferry to Scolt Head Island was excellent and three minutes walk from The Hero pub.
Burnham Market Village is lovely .
We ate at the Hero - excellent- and also at the Hoste Arms in Burnham Market. Also excellent.
French's chip shop at The Quay in Wells was also excellent. Huge portions!

The pub is in Burnham Overy Staithe, on the salt marshes near the harbour, lovely for walking and relaxing. The Hero pub is so cosy, with fire in the winter, outside tables with harbour views in dry weather. Lovely blankets provided. Everything is very geared to the visitor and their doggy friends. Burnham Market town is 3 miles away lots of lovely individual shops.

Not a large central village area but some nice shops cafes and it is a very picturesque English countryside location. Everything is within easy walking distance. Some shops are on the expensive side. We ate mostly at our Hotel The Hoste which was very nice. The other resturants look good too. Lovely place to visit, quintessentially British.

Very pretty village with some interesting shops - definitely the place to go if you need a hat! But a bit short on places to eat early in the week, it's pretty much closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

A picturesque village with some independent shops and cafes.
A picturesque village with some independent shops and cafes. We have often stopped here while in North Norfolk, for an ice cream, coffee or food as well as a stroll around the pretty Green. It’s an ideal base for the area but it does have a ‘cache’ which can mean it’s expensive to stay here

Lovely place to visit/stay.
Lovely place to visit/stay. Has some interesting shops and restaurants but would advise booking restaurants beforehand as we couldn’t get booked for any of the ones we wanted. Been coming to this part of Norfolk since 1990 and Burnham Market probably our favourite place. It’s a lot busier now than it used to be and a lot pricier; but well worth it!
Lovely home in Burnham market, the room (double room with en-suite including shower) was very nice- clean and spacious with coffee/tea facilities too. Good breakfast was also provided in the kitchen.
Fiona is lovely and friendly, making sure we were all happy with our rooms when we checked in. Thank you Fiona!!!
The village itself is great with nice pubs/ restaurants and a few shops, also a great base for exploring other areas of Norfolk.
Accommodation was lovely, a nice spacious room, well equipped with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, although I would have preferred an earlier option in order to start my walk sooner (8.30 was the earliest time). I was pleasantly surprised by the food served in the bar in the evening, which surpassed my expectations. The hotel itself was perfectly placed on the edge of burnham market, a small but bustling village.

The cottage was lovely. It did day it was suitable for 4, but I would say it's better for 2, maybe not 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Burnham Market is a real picture postcard village and close to beautiful beaches and Bircham Windmill.
Beautiful location, went for walks along the beach/coastal path.
Hotel has a lovely feeling about it, part period, part contemporary and deceptively large.
Food excellent, staff attentive.
Comfortable and characterful house. Charming and welcoming host. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower room.
Very good value for money. Well located in Burnham Market.
perfect room, fantastic terrace, breakfast was very good. staff very attentive. Have stayed at The Hoste many times and it is always very comfortable and relaxing.
