BEDBUGS 🤮. I was on room 530 and, after an hour or so in bed, I noticed something on my arm. It was a little friend that was accompanied by its family. In total I saw like 6 of them. I came to the hall and they changed my room to a superior one, that didn’t have bedbugs but had some blood taints on the pillows. DON’T COME!!

The hotel and room decor was modern and we liked the quirky lifts. Perhaps consideration for rectangular pillows rather than square. Overall very happy with the experience, staff were friendly, helpful and multilingual.

We had 2 nights in Strasbourg which was just right for us.
We had 2 nights in Strasbourg which was just right for us. We had the boat ride, which had a commentary in all different languages as did the 2 little trains that go around different parts of the city. Of course, don’t miss the Cathedral and its stain glass windows and very unusual clock. If you’re fit, climb up the tower for beautiful views. So much history, beautiful buildings and streets. We parked in Gutenberg underground carpark which was 4 minutes from the hotel. Pricey, but worth it.

Strasbourg is a charming city, with a lot to do and see.
Strasbourg is a charming city, with a lot to do and see. It is also a great place to base out of and do day trips via rail to other close by cities, such as Colmar. It has delicious restaurants and bakeries. We took a Segway tour around the city and we were able to see and learn about many areas of the city that may have been hard to see all of them on foot. We wish we had more time to explore the Petite France area. The area around the cathedral was nice and safe. Explore the cathedral and the astronomical clock, fascinating story about the clock, check on the times it goes off and watch the movie. I loved this city, full of architectural charm and delicious eclairs. The best bakery was Au Pain de mon Grand-Pere (best eclairs), around the corner from the Strasbourg Cathedral.

Really pretty city and easily accessible.
Really pretty city and easily accessible. Our daughter had worked briefly at the EU and had recommended us to visit. Don't know why we haven't been before because it's an easy location to reach from London on the Eurostar to Paris and change to Strasbourg and a good base for visiting other places.

Beautiful but overly expensive city. Easily seen in one day.
Beautiful but overly expensive city. Easily seen in one day. I would recommend a 4 day stay to see everything calmly, and to use one day to rent a car and explore the nearby villages of Colmar, Ribeauvillé, etc.

Nice city to walk around and explore by walking. The transit system has newer trams and an easy system to purchase and validate tickets that was very helpful for getting around.
We enjoyed all the historic sites, cafes and parks.

Clean and tidy old town with many old buildings and charming places to see. But equally an excellent range of shops and things to do. The tram is excellent allowing easy mobility and a range of tickets that are excellent. I took their 24hr ticket and it really means 24 hours across 2 days.

The hotel has a modern and comfy look. The facilities were all clean and very nice. The hotel itself isn't quite in the city centre but with the tram right behind the building you can reach the city in under 10minutes. As the weekends in strasbourg can get really noisy, we really enjoyed staying a bit further away. The parking solution is quite tough, but we managed to find a parking lot. The staff is really accomodating and can also help you with the parking problem. we enjoyed our weekend getaway and would always come back!
Great location - a hotel with excellent facilities, a lot of character, and helpful staff.
Very near the centre, museums and Petite France.
Room and breakfast also good, with very flexible times, especially at the weekend.
Trams A & D from the main station stop only a few minutes' walk away - ideal really, Strasbourg is <2hr from Paris by TCV or ICE train.
The location of the accommodation is very central next to the tram that takes you to the centre of the city. Walking distance from the picturesque Petite France ! The hotel is also 1 min walk from the contemporary art museum. Nice building as well !! Studio size was good with all necessary facilities.
Amazing location, less than 5 minute walk to Petit France area. Abundance of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Lovely funky hotel, cosy room was very small but did the job. Excellent selection at breakfast. Would highly recommend and will come again if back in Strasbourg!
We stayed in Rm 202 & 204. Views overlooking street & Gare de Strasbourg which is nice. Breakfast was good for European hotels standards (with warm boiled eggs). Location is great if travel by train.
