The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Most spoke good English which helped us poor German speakers. Our room was spotlessly clean and full of character. It had a great view of the castle and a lovely balcony.
Breakfast was really good quality, it was served to the table in a classically decorated dining room. i.e. not a buffet.
The hotel is only a short walk into town an ideal location for walking in the countryside.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is good. I was especially pleased with the surprise that the hotel staff arranged for my birthday - for breakfast our table was festively decorated and my wife and I received a glass of dry sparkling wine.
