This hotel is in a really old building right in the center of Quedlingburg. Surprisingly, even though it's right in the middle of everything, it was really quiet at night, which was great for getting a good sleep.
The breakfast they served was nice too. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

It is a lovely small town. Easy to walk around and see the sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes, it is advisable to make reservations for dinner.
Not sure how good you can communicate in English (we are Germans). There are plenty of things to do around the area, especially if you like walking.

Quedlinburg is a beautiful market town with a multitude of cobbled lanes, fachwerk/half-timbered houses as well as a huge choise of cafes, restaurants and shops. The Schloss and the market square appear to be the two focal points of the town but there is plenty to see if you explore the quieter lanes away from the tourist centre.
One thing to be aware of - the town is not the best for wheelchair and disabled access due to the cobbled streets and lanes.

There isn't much to do, see or eat during evening unless you happen to be in the very center. For this visit I was not.
City itself has a really pleasant and historic look to it, view from the castle is also good.
This city is served by the Harzer Schmalspurbahn.
Would not rely on public transportation to get to or from this city.

A beautiful and historic town with a wealth of sites to visit - castle, churches, museums and just wandering about the old town. I was only there for 24 hours and would have loved to stay longer.
If you are only there for a brief visit, do check in advance that any particular things you want to see are open; some were closed when I was there on a Monday. But I still didn't feel short changed.

Very nice historical city with a lot of interesting houses, buildings. Good place for looooong walking (on a day we did 25 km!). The surrounding villages and towns are worth for a sightseeing, too. If you are there, try Quedlinburger, the pork version - very good. Go to the brewery for a fresh taste of beer (without filter) and eat a leg of a pork: 1 portion is more than enough for 2 persons. We are planning to come back...
The apartment is centrally located in Quedlinburg. A very pretty, historical, Medieval town. Our apartment, Augusta, was a ground floor apartment, very comfortable and very good facilities- kitchen, large bathroom, dining room and lounge- with views to a covered patio. Secure parking is also available. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and tourist sites are within very easy walking distance. Our host is very professional, friendly and generous. We enjoyed our stay and wished we were able to spend more time.
This is a wonderful place to stay and Quedlinburg is a delightful city. There was a woman selling fresh strawberries, cherries and asparagus just outside the door, which were delicious! Easy walking distance to everything. Sadly the Abbess’s Schloss is currently closed for renovations but you can still visit the Abbey Church. Highly recommend the Audio guide town tour in English if you aren’t fluent in German ( available at tourist office).
This hotel is our highlight in Quedlinburg.
Courtyard, common space (with fireplace, piano) is perfect and very cozy. Good to spend time winding down or relaxing.
EXCEPTIONAL staff and services. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.
Restaurant is also excellent. Spacious room.
Walking distance to the castle and Finkenherd. ~10-15 mins walk to train station.
Schlosshotel zum Markgrafen is the perfect place to spend a night in Quedlinburg. Here you have comfortable and spacious rooms, a wonderful roof terrace, positive and helpful staff and a nice breakfast – which we were lucky to have outdoors. Parking in the back yard is excellent. Close to the village centre and the various sights. Recommended!
Beautiful building, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Because the building is historic it has not been possible to install a lift so important to request a lower floor room if you have heavy luggage. The receptionist directed us to the Wordhaus restaurant nearby which was lovely. Faultless hotel.
Regina is a super lovely host and keen to support her guests during their stay. Check-in was flexible and simple, the location central to the main square of Quedlinburg and the house is very beautiful. The bed room is quiet and the apartment is spacious. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
A nice option to explore the beautiful old city of Quedlinburg. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you can think of. The location is ideal, good parking option nearby, access is easy. Highly recommended. Everything was sparklingly clean and comfortable. We would love to stay again.
The main reason we chose this property is the elevator. Most hotels in Quedlindburg don’t have elevators. The place was immaculate and the staff very helpful. The rooms are very large even by North American standards.
I also appreciated that they enforce very strict covid protocols.
A lovely place to stay right in the heart of Quedlinburg in a heritage building. The room was very fine and spacious with a view over the courtyard. There was parking in the courtyard and there is a very nice Brauhaus (Ludde) nearby which has a great ambience, beers and meals.
Very nice hotel with very friendly and service minded personal. Located in 5 min walking distance to Quedlinburg altstad.
Good parking conditions and they have a charger for electric cars ( 1 for all electric cars and one for Tesla).
This is a very quaint hotel in an old castle. It’s close to the center of the village and very conveniently located. It was good parking. We had a wonderful room on the second floor with a view of the old town.
Very clean apartment in the center of the beautiful town of Quedlinburg. The beds are comfy.
It is an old style building, it is like a museum, we loved it.
You can park your car on a street nearby, for free.
Nice hotel, possible late check- in. Freandly staff. We checked-in late, stuff sent clear instructions how to get th e hotel. Big parking. Good location. Good breakfast :).
