The room was very modern and we were impressed by its design. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with freshly cooked eggs made to your request.There was sitting out space in the courtyard. The location was superb, a short walk from the lake and the town of Seeboden.

Only there for 24 hours but would love to return. A beautiful town. Nice walks near the lake on trails. We rented bikes from Bikeshop Seeboden. The owner was very helpful with information about the trails. We biked on the quiet side of the lake which was perfect.
We had a great meal at Restaurant Postwirt which is a nice family owned business.

Small but so busy little town (village) with lots tourist. Close to shopping centre (5km) and all shops are walking distans. Lovely lake with clear wather and montain around give you great view, relaxing time,and lots of fun. Hotel Koller’s is a lovely place with magic atmosphere ( i had pleasure to work there).

I like this village, it's located in a beautiful place. But when you come there on Christmas, you might as well just go to another place like Salzbrg, because over Christmas everything is closed and you don't even see people there. Not going to these villages on a public holiday again.

There were not a ton of restaurants nearby, so we went to a place literally up in the Carinthian mountains called Kleinsasserhof, which was weirdly decorated but a unique experience that we'll certainly remember! The lake is very pretty but the town was super sleepy this late in the season.

I hardly find the part of the lake shore with the public acces allowed. More or less everything is privetaly owned. But, the municipality bought a part of land near the lake to enable everyboddy to come to the lake. :)
Hotel staff (receptionist, waitress, server, cleaning, buffet attendent) were very friendly, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Buffet had an ample selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh milk, coffee, .muesli, yogurt, hard/soft boiled fresh eggs, juices, fruits etc. Apartment was attended to daily by housekeeping. Enough self parking space. The view from our balcony facing the lake was breathtaking.
The host Johannes is a very friendly, warm, helpfull and hospitable person. The appartment has a huge terrace. The house is very nice decorated and well maintained. The place is very cleanly, which we find important. There are four bikes which you can use freely during our stay. A better place to stay near Millstätter See will be hard to find. We felt like home!
Everything was so perfect!! The family room is extremely big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds! The owner is super friendly, always smiling and making conversation 😊 the beds are very comfy and cozy. And then the breakfast was super mega delicious! It's more like a 4-star hotel, i would say. We will be definately coming back ☺️
Plenty of room at property and comfortable beds. Good shower upstairs. Plenty of table wear (glasses, plates, etc.) Great views and peaceful location. Owner offered to take some of family into Seeboden and pick up later when they had no car which was very kind.
