perfect location. easy access to most points of interest. supermarkets and restaurants within the vicinity. Front desk staff are always happy to help. Rooms are clean and housekeeping does a good job to keep up the standards of the rooms. Breakfast checks most of the boxes with a fairly decent spread of eggs, bakery, juices etc etc..

International Airport. Further your education about this musical prodigy at his actual birthplace, Mozarts Geburtshaus.
The city is the namesake of the Salzach River which runs through it, and alongside this beautiful river lays the Schloss Mirabell, one of the many impressive castles within the city limits. Schloss Mirabell and Hellbrunn with their picturesque gardens, beautiful galleries and impressive halls make the ideal spot for a picnic during summer.

As stunning and charming as every other historical fairy-tale city in Austria. As expensive as well, too. Must do: Mozart concert, Salt mine tour. There is nothing unlikable about Salzburg. Your bucket-list isn't complete without it.

The city is wonderful, full of beautiful historic buildings and surrounded by wonderful scenery. The bus system is exceptional and enables visitors to navigate the city and surrounding area cheaply and with ease. To take in a concert is a must and we can recommend the concerts in the Marble Hall, Schloss Meribel.

10/10 The highlight for me was going up the cable car to Untersberg, you can do a walk at the top of the mountain and there’s a lovely cabin to have a drink or something to eat. The views are amazing. Hellbrunn palace which is between Salzburg and Untersberg is very beautiful - it is worth seeing the trick fountains, they are very interesting and it’s a nice walk. It is worth looking into getting the Salzburg card which includes all the attractions and even the bus from the airport.

A beautiful and historical city where everything is at walking distance. The spiritual dimension is on display almost at every corner as you enter one of the many beautiful churches and learn about the history of the city. And of course a visit to Salzburg is not complete without a Mozart concert.

Well located double-story room which was a nice overall stay in Salzburg. The service was kind and helpful. The room had two levels and was quite spacious for an old town hotel. The fold-out sofa was not ideal but this is common when accommodating four people. The breakfast had a nice range of food but was not as good as many other similar priced hotels throughout Europe. For a nice traditional Austrian meal, eat at the nearby Alter Fuchs. Overall, a nice, comfortable and convenient stay. I would revisit again.
It's absolutely worth it's money. It isn't a luxury boutique or something but for the price offered it worth 100%. Room spacious, bed is comfortable. It's clean in the room and in a bathroom.
We had very nice breakfast: yogurt, eggs with bacon, pastries, ham, cheese, juice, coffee. Don't expect a wide variety as in a big hotels, but it really nice, tasty and worth it's money.
We do recommend and if it comes to visit Salzburg again we'll stay here again with pleasure.
Spacious room, vintage design, location, help of the staff with parking, tips for Salzburg. Clean room/bathroom, Available fridge, hot water, Very kind receptionist The whole trip was awesome including accommodation. Of course you have to have reasonable expectations considering the price. It met our expectations fully and if we will visit Salzburg again, we will check this hotel again.
A very friendly, family-run hotel in a traditional old building. Safe and comfortable, excellent value for money and very close to the main railway station and a short walk from the Old Town. A very good choice for a short stay in Salzburg.
Location to Salzburg hbf was just 2 minutes away. Hotel can be seen right from station and upper floors do have mountains view.
Nearby cafes and 25 mins walk to old town was nice.
