I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and tidy, with a beautiful view .The landlord was easy to communicate with, making everything seamless. First of all I am giving credit to absolutely amazing hosts, literally they are living for hosting people. Apart from that I appreciated comfortable beds and pillows, garden with turtle, breakfast free, water free, free pickups by Mrs. Lucia, nice and calm neighborhood, private and working bathroom and grill that we could use. AC was handy as well.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

Utterly charming, delightful place to stay in the heart of what must surely be one of the most exquisite of tiny ancient hamlets on the outskirts of Rome. The hosts are of a character to complement perfectly their house and its surroundings - generous, beautiful manners and immensely hospitable. This is a jewel of a place in every regard.
A great location for a vacation. The cute hills not too far from Rome, with a beautiful nature surrounding. A 3-level house with many garden and in-house additions. The garden is exceptional and gives a nice touch to the property. Heating, paid additionally in the colder months, can be in some months be substituted with fireplaces on the levels, an added value for sure.
Quiet and quaint place with great location in stunning old town. Good communication with hosts and easy check in with offer of drinks/coffee on arrival. Clean, comfortable, good wifi and nice breakfast. We were very happy and can highly recommend the accommodation run by lovely Tiziana and her husband.
