The air conditioner in my room never really got cold. A few times I started sweating and the temp was set at 67°. Some of the air conditioning units need to be replaced or serviced.

I love that coffee is always available. And the continental breakfast is exactly what I need. The staff is very nice. The view of the lake is fantastic. The store is always stocked and everything is neat and clean

Facilities in the room (furniture and lamps) very dated. There wasn’t a USB port anywhere in the room. Used to seeing lamps and desks that have USB ports built in.

The time it took to check in was a bit long. I dont agree with charging $50.00 for a cleaning fee even if it is refundable.

I liked everything about this property EXCEPT I could smell smoke from someone else 's room inside my room. I thought all non-smking rooms were on the same floor. But it smelled like someone was smoking in my bathroom

Ants. Not getting our room made up despite assurances from the desk that daily service was standard. Loud thumping from the room above us for hours at night, despite going down to the desk to ask that someone check to see what was going on and ask that the noise stop.

When we first opened the door to the non-smoking room, there was a very unpleasant smell that seemed to be a mix of smoking and cleaning supplies odors. Fortunately, it went away after an hour or so.

The breakfast was above average, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

We booked this hotel as it was basically the half way point between our journey starting in Greenwood and ending in New Orleans. The rooms were clean and the breakfast options were surprisingly good. Room was very quiet considering we overlooked the reception.

We had to use Lyft to arrive to hotel and was a bit pricey, especially because we arrived so late in the night. I wish the hotel had been closer to the airport.

I really liked the room and wish we could have spent all our nights here but our grandchild was sick and hospitalized. The breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed the Korean front desk staff member. She was engaging.

The bed sagged slightly toward the middle and was fairly hard. The breakfast, while it had all the same items of a more expensive hotel the quality was simply a step lower. It was still a good meal just not quite as savory.

We normally spend a little more for our hotel stays and this place reminded us why. The staff was nice and the place was clean. They even had cookies in the lobby. So as a budget hotel this was fine.

Bathroom was poorly remodeled - toilet too low, lid poor quality. Mold was visible in the tub jets and the fan over tub was not connected to the single wall switch - no lighting over tub either.

The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating. Grandaughter left her cheer pack in the room after check out. We received a call from the hotel stating they had found it and would hold it for us. When we returned to pick it up, the young man who assisted my husband was very nice, asked him to describe the bag and then in just a few minutes we had the back pack and were on our way back home again. Thank you to all the staff who assisted us during our stay and retrieval of the back pack!

Breakfast could improve. There was only one waffle iron which meant you had to stay in line longer. Juice machine was broken. Sausage was undercooked. Carpet in hallway on the second floor needs to be cleaned. There is a towel shortage. Beds too high for older adults.

Location was great, close to the interstate. Check in and cleaning staff was very friendly.
