We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was amazing! In particular, there were three people at the front desk: Robin, Tammy, and Shan; they were so friendly, and helpful to me! I won't stay anywhere else if I return to Montgomery!

United StatesThe air conditioner in my room never really got cold. A few times I started sweating and the temp was set at 67°. Some of the air conditioning units need to be replaced or serviced.
I love that coffee is always available. And the continental breakfast is exactly what I need. The staff is very nice. The view of the lake is fantastic. The store is always stocked and everything is neat and clean

United StatesWhen we first opened the door to the non-smoking room, there was a very unpleasant smell that seemed to be a mix of smoking and cleaning supplies odors. Fortunately, it went away after an hour or so.
The breakfast was above average, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

I really liked the room and wish we could have spent all our nights here but our grandchild was sick and hospitalized. The breakfast was really good. I really enjoyed the Korean front desk staff member. She was engaging.

United StatesThe bed sagged slightly toward the middle and was fairly hard. The breakfast, while it had all the same items of a more expensive hotel the quality was simply a step lower. It was still a good meal just not quite as savory.
We normally spend a little more for our hotel stays and this place reminded us why. The staff was nice and the place was clean. They even had cookies in the lobby. So as a budget hotel this was fine.
