Nice location, good historical building, elevator might scare some people but we enjoyed it as a part of the experience. We stayed in room 3, other rooms might be different but in our room it was pretty quiet and calm, AC helps lot with the heat. Has a fridge, kettle and everything to make tea or coffee. There’s a very cheap cafe a minute away so we didn’t really use the tea set. Two bottles of water were provided and it’s a great thing because after you can refill it anywhere in the street fountains. Staff were very nice and friendly, cleaning lady spoke English as well and was super nice. She was the only one we met in person. We were arriving late/leaving early and had an easy self check in/out.

We stayed in room 3, other rooms might be different. The room was pretty worn out, floors especially were uncomfortable to walk barefoot or without shoes, bathroom lacked ventilation and had some black spots(mold?) on the ceiling above shower.

A wonderful place. A great location, tasty food for breakfast, a quiet and comfortable room, and Barbara did a great job of making me feel comfortable right away. It’s clear she really cares about the comfort of her guests! And I also had the free use of a bicycle, and went for a lovely bicycle ride along the coast. Thank you so much.

Perfect location in the heart of old town and 1 min from San Nicola Basilica. The room is big enough and the bathtub is something else!! Host is very nice always helping with my questions and requests. 100% recommend! In case you need to parking a car, you can park it on the streets around the old town and pay 1€ per hour.
Negative section of review
Would be great to have 2 common glasses or wine glasses available for general beverages at the room. Also some shelves or small wardrobe for long stay to hang on the clothes would make a difference. I have also forgotten an adapter into the plug wall but unfortunately they told me didn’t find.

The room was well appointed . It was nice to have fridge and coffee in our room . The staff was very accommodating and helpful . We loved the neighborhood feel and cafes in proximity . It was an easy walk to many of the tourist spots . Loved this property .

It was a bit confusing for our taxi driver to find property - but we looked at websites to find placard of logo on building. Once we found it and where to get in -and check in it was delightful stay .

The owner was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to the major sights in Lisbon. The maid was there every day to clean our room. She even folded all of our clothes. I would definitely stay here again.

Workers starting work at dawn below us. No hot water in the morning, commodes were not flushing properly for awhile in the morning. The toilet paper in both bathrooms were let at much less than 1.2 full with no additional tools in case you ran out. Hand soap dispenser in bedroom starched bath was empty. No hand soap in 2nd bathroom. The apartment claims a washer dryer all in one cycle. Yes it does but it does not dry the clothes. They come out still wet not dripping but not wearable unless dryed a lot further. Loved the garage parking but at the price should have been included.
