The apartment is very spacious with a large living room with an expandable sofa. We were pleasantly surprised to find TWO full bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is located in a short walking distance to the train station with 30 minutes long service to the Vatican area, and 50 minutes of service to the central train station. It is also located another short walk to a beautiful free beach with black sand! The water was too cold for swimming at the beginning of May, but I can imagine how awesome it would be in June-July. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp and gave us useful tips. We also liked the beds - firm memory foam mattresses gave full rest after tens of thousands steps accumulated over the day. Good bed makes a big difference. Fast reliable WiFi. I highly, highly recommend it!

Hard to think what could be better. Maybe adding a cutting board for the kitchen. Maybe a vacuum machine to clean up kids' little messes.

Marco was a great host and helped us find a place to get crutches after an injury. He was very attentive and willing to help with advice or recommendations whenever we needed.

The TV is not working at all even after technician comes. Also, everytime we want to take bath, we have to press the boiler and wait for a while to get it heat up.

There are no staff on site, so answering the phone is crucial. I tried from the airport (on time arrival) and when I reached the hotel by Uber (there was going to be an airport pickup). There was no answer both times. Fortunately there is a lovely restaurant nearby and eventually the owner found me there. It is also very hard to find the place in the dark (no clear signs).
