Problem with Hot water

A wonderful place. A great location, tasty food for breakfast, a quiet and comfortable room, and Barbara did a great job of making me feel comfortable right away. It’s clear she really cares about the comfort of her guests! And I also had the free use of a bicycle, and went for a lovely bicycle ride along the coast. Thank you so much.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. There is outside construction going on, but the work crew doesn't start too early and seemed to be mindful of others living space, so it didn't bother me re noise, etc.

I'm going to hate myself for this, because it could make it harder to book here next trip... Barbara and Emiliano are fabulous hosts! Very warm, accommodating and helpful... They just went above and beyond. My room was as pictured... Prefect for my shirt stay, and would have been great even for a longer stay. It was just me, but two would have been comfortable in the room. There was a stocked mini fridge in my room, in addition to a great continental-style breakfast being laid out on my table, plus additional items in the common room. And the interior was well appointed... Everything has been remodeled and updated... Towels supplied, as well as all toiletries. There's a security gate as well as a security door, and I really appreciated that it was just a few steps up. The beach is amazing, and only a 5 min walk from location... Really! Take a left out the gate, cross the intersection and there you are. If you continue left at the intersection, you can take a lovely stroll down to the Ponte del Mare, which will take you to the other side of the river and what was once Castellamare Adriatico. There are yummy restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, and the best little Gelato place! There was so much I would have liked to check out and see in Pescara, but this was a short trip, and I couldn't seem to pull myself away from the water... Good news is, I'll be back..... And did you know the Adriatic Sea is warm?! I do now 💕

Exterior of the building was under renovation which was concerning on arrival but after meeting hosts and seeing the unit we were no longer concerned and it did not affect our stay.

It was in a great location - less than 5 minutes to a wide sandy beach. Even in mid October we were able to dip in. Free parking across the street was so handy. You walk in to the unit to find a nice shared kitchen space with treats set out. What a wonderful welcome. We were in one of three units off the kitchen which was a good size. The breakfast was a typical Italian packaged fare that was plentiful and set out so nicely in the room. Free bikes available to explore. Communication with hosts was very good. Thanks for everything 🤗

The best service which I ever had on Booking. There were a lot of bonuses: transfer from/to airport, free fruits/water/lavazza coffee, free bicycles for sightseeing and many others :)

Very friendly staff, availability of bicycles for own use, daily cleaning with replacement of all services, location close to the sea with many clubs and free beaches, possibility to use snacks, coffee pods completely free. Furthermore, while using the bikes, we lost the key of the bike's lock and they were so generous that we didn't charge for the damage. Highly recommended!

Maybe a little too much air freshener. That were a little bit too much different smells. 😅

Emiliano made us a warm welcome, explained everything well and so we could stay in Pescara for 3 nights without any worries. We got breakfast, fruits, fruit juices, coffee and snacks and missed nothing. Working air conditioner for the warm days, paytv, Appartement ist close to the beach and close to the free beach as well. We got bikes from Emiliano as well so we could get around the coast/beaches easily.

Perhaps there were too many perfume diffusers. I am sensitive to smell and the number was overwhelming.

This accomodation was excellent. We were greeted at the property promptly, communication was quick and helpful. Emiliano was a fabulous host; he is clearly proud of the property, as he should be. The room was spotlessly clean and the provisions for breakfast were far beyond expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. He showed us where to park and how to use the parking machine. We were later able to get a free parking spot right in front of the apartment. The use of free bikes made exploring easy and this was a real bonus. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. I would just suggest that the bed could be moved away from the mounted cabinets above the bed, I realize its common in Italy to have mounted closets above the bed, but you have the chance to hit your head when you sit up in bed.

Emiliano and Letizia were wonderful hosts. Very helpful and warm. There's a small kitchen,with a stove, fridge, and free goodies, such as fruit, water, juices, snacks, and yogurts. The bathroom was the cleanest I've ever seen. The fixtures were new and was super clean. The room has a small fridge as well and there's a grocery store about 2 blocks away.

Everything was great! The owners were nice, the breakfast was good 👍🏼 The seaside is 3 minutes walking. The only thing was with the internet connection - it was reconnecting every 5 minutes.

A very welcoming and helpful host. We communicated via Google, but it did not do any harm: to listen to the extremely melodic Italian was a real pleasure. Emiliano was really great and very attentive to our needs. In the kitchen ( a shared place ( two more rooms are attached to it)), but it did not disturb us) you can drink a cup of coffee or prepare some meal. The location: two minutes to the sea, the area is very quiet, but you can find several really good restaurants nearby. You can walk to the very centre of the city along the coast - it takes 30-40 minutes, but you can take a bus ( No. 10) and be in the very centre in ten minutes - the bus stop is just in front of the place. The supermarket is in 5-minute walking distance.
