You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandThere was some misunderstanding regarding the check out timings as on Booking.com we saw it was flexible check out timings, but this was not the case. Check-out timing is around 10:30am, we had to clarify this with the host. However he was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags at the accommodation and then delivered it to us later.
The location was perfect as it was close to public transport pickup points, including the main train station. The host was very kind and made arrangements for us to stow our luggage away for the rest of the day after checkout, he also called us a cab to the train station.

United KingdomMinor point: You have to go through the other bedroom to reach the bathroom. In our case it was fine because we were a family and there is also a privacy screen in the bedroom with the bathroom
We really liked to stay at Casa Ferdinando for our stay in Naples. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Antonio is a friendly and great host who helped us with our baggage when we arrived a bit early, but also during our stay when we had questions, and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. We would definitely book it again.

NetherlandsThere was not a lot of sunlight in the appartment but im not sure if that's possible in Naples, the owner did not speak english very well (but he does do his very best to communicate via signs), one of the beds is smaller it is not for two adults, to get to the bathroom from the living room you have to go trough the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a problem with humidity (our clothes did not get dry).
Very beautiful appartment with nice furniture, clean, perfect location the most important things are just a 10 min walk, tast baker nearby and very friendly and helpful owner.

SpainThe apartment is perfect for 4 people small people, the sofa-bed could improve a bit as the two people sleeping there had a bit of pain in the back after 3 nights, if that improves will be perfect for 5!
Antonio and Lucia made our stay so easy and complete. They both are so kind and easy to contact, offering anything you may need. The apartment is clean, well equiped and with enough space. It has 2 rooms, one with Big bed in the middle which is perfect for two people, the other room has a bed for 2 small people as 2 average man do not fit in the matress. Location is great!
