“Hotel is within minutes from the train station. Don't have to walk uphill like some of the other hotels we saw when exploring the town. Room was pretty clean and the view was superb.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The dinner at their restaurant was really delicious and comes in generous portion. Highly recommend their rosti.”

“Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip-- I wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast was exceptional and a perfect start to the day. Coming back in the evenings and relaxing in the hot tub was so relaxing. The proximity to the Wengen rail station made it so easy to get to and from our adventures. “Dorothee was such an incredible host and we loved staying in her beautiful chalet. She always made herself available and checked in on us once to see how we were doing. Her directions on how to arrive there were especially helpful! It was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home. One huge plus about the location was that Lauterbrunnen was only one short train ride down the mountain that ran every 30 minutes. This allowed us to see the incredible valley of Lauterbrunnen everyday but live in the more peaceful area of Wengen. It was well priced and overall such a wonderful place to call home while adventuring the different areas of Switzerland!”
