Great hotel, we had a good time there. Staff is were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view from our balcony. Location is perfect.

The road to train station was very steep to walk and tiring. Luckily staff arranged vehicle to get our luggage to train station.

Breakfast was very nice and lot of variety. Staff was very helpful to guide us . The water was so refreshing to have shower.

Staff is amazing. Buying the breafast and dinner plan is almost essential as the food prices in the area are outrageous. We went to a less expensive place and had two hamburgers, a hot dog, and one kebab plate (inedible) for over $80! So the dinner at the hotel would have been better. Breakfast was wonderful and worth the extra cost. I was ill and the staff and owners went out of their way to offer help. They even gave me their private number in case I needed to be driven to hospital in the middle of the night. The hotel is exceptional.

The staff was extremly friendly. The woman that welcomed us (I presume she was the owner of the hotel) actualy gave us a larger room with mountain view free of additional charge. Me and my girlfriend are foodies, and we like fancy restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was Michelin standard, for a reasonable price (Dinner costed around 150€ but it was worth of it). Very tasty and good portions.

The staff are so sweet and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. And the breakfast was fantastic…I never heard so many people gasp over how good some eggs were 😂 Be sure to book dinner at their restaurant, too! It was absolutely delicious and the best meal in town!

The blanket was too thick.

In overall, everything was well thought and organized. Silent place yet close to everything. Breakfast was just right. Dinner was very tasty and delicious. And the staffs were so kind and always eager serve the customer.

Staff, room, breakfast, dinner. Watching the cows with their cowbells come down the mountain to graze in the valley in winter. Loved the little bear! Wish it could be purchased as a souvenir.

Great location, room had a view of the valley. Dinner was fabulous, the best we had in Wengen. Breakfast was my personal favorite- loved the do-it-yourself egg cooker and the fresh breads. Quick and filling for great days.

Wengen is a car free village. Village itself is already very beautiful. We are with 3 persons. a room is separate with a wall, so looks like you have a separate room. Room is big, toilet is big. Bed is comfortable, just the pillow is way too soft. kettle boiler in the room, tea and coffee. Room is cleaned everyday. we had a room facing street, not the mountain. a bit pity. but still beautiful enough. windows possible to open. COMPLIMENT TO EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. all fresh ingrediantes, fresh orange juice, self boiled eggs, so you can control how soft or hard you want your egg. the croissants are amazing. I never had such delicious croissants.

The only thing I can really say which initially took me by surprise is that the balcony area was not more private from ones neighbours, but wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Need to bring with your baggage to walk for 6 mins from train station to the hotel but it is acceptable.

Our room was on the first floor and faced out to the road. Since there was no air conditioning, we slept with the windows open. The temperature was pleasant, but there was a lot of noise from the road outside.

This hotel was so clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We ate breakfast in the hotel every day, and the food was some of the best we ate in all of Switzerland.

Maybe the short uphill walk to the train station every morning but it wakes up your legs!!

The hotels location is fantastic! Loved how peaceful it was and just a short walk to the main shops area! The staff is amazing!!! The food was great too!
