My only small complaint was that no coat hooks were available in the bathroom. It would be much easier to hang clothes and towels if hooks are mounted on the bathroom wall or door.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, with a furnished patio to sit and relax. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had good selections of food with elegant tableware, not to mention it was served in a room with beautiful mountain and garden views. The optional meals for dinner were a great value. A nicely presented four-course meal only costed 20 CHF.

Stores close around 7pm, so it would have been nice to have access to a tea/coffee area, since it was not available in the room. You could only purchase from the bar after hours. Also, it would be nice to have access to an iron.

Two day laundry turn around. Property was described as having laundry but had to send out and not available on weekends & had a 2 day turnaround. We arrived Friday afternoon so could not get laundry back until Wednesday which was too late for our needs.

Hotel is very charming and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with Mountain View’s. Dinner was always good.

Nothing we didn't like. We just needed some firmer pillows because that's what we're used to and the staff immediately brought us some.

- Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout; even before checking in when I asked questions via booking, they were very responsive ☺️ - Room was very clean and cosy with all the amenities we'd need - Location in Wengen was perfect with amazing views, even when sitting at the breakfast dining room

I don't think there was anything we didn't like about our stay. It was ideal from beginning to end.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The mountain view was breathtaking from the moment you woke up in the morning until you went to sleep at night. We enjoyed breakfast and the lovely atmosphere of dinner at night. Afterwards, we would sit in the lobby area drinking tea and relaxing with the entire family.

From the time we got off the train, the shuttle driver was super nice. We got checked in. Shuttle driver gave great recommendations. Stay was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location. All around we look forward to going back and staying at this Hotel.

Having a kettle to boil hot water in the room would be nice. But the hotel does provide hot water at the dining area.

Receptionist that checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean with incredible views of the mountain. Porter service to send luggage to the Wengen train station.

We were quite unlucky with our room view. We didn't pay for the mountain views - so we knew we would be facing the back of the hotel, but we got a room on the first floor, facing the concrete floor at the back. A bit disappointing for the price paid. Hotel seemed half empty, so would have loved staying at a higher floor. Would also have been great to have a small fridge and a kettle inside the room. We didn't have dinner at the hotel although we would have loved to try it. We totally agree that 25CHF is a great price for a four course menu, however we wished they offered a smaller version. Four courses was way too much food for us to have at night - we are never that hungry! We would have been super happy to have a starter and main or main and dessert instead. They could even charge more than half of the full price and it would be a win-win for all.

The place is traditional but modern at the same time, we didn't use the common areas, but they had a lovely and cosy feel. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. Our room had a great size, beds were super comfy and bathroom felt newly renovated! The staff were also very welcoming.

Luxury at every level. Friendly and helpful staff. Exquisite food ( breakfast and dinner)and beautiful relaxing spaces to sit in with log fire at night. Bedroom small but good with lovely hot bath / shower Excellent wifi.
