“Location is easily accessible from the Wengen station. Its a multistory building with no elevators, so you might need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Facilities are purposely limited because its an antique building. Completely made from wood. View is amazing from the room windows due to its location.”

The hotel is great value for money for the half board option and incredibly clean, with lots of areas to relax in and a well equipped children’s playroom and park outside made it fantastic for entertaining the little one. “Nicely appointed hotel at the top of a bit of a hill about 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Great views of Lauterbrunen below. A fine big breakfast room with plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast. Comfortable bed, with a nice front facing balcony with views of the town and Laurterbrunen.
The hotel will collect you from the train station if you advise them of your arrival time, which is a nice touch.”
