The place was great, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The shower was huge by the way. The place was great overall, but the reason we enjoyed our stay, excluding Venice itself was Laura. She was so nice and kind, she was very clear about everything, she talked excellent English (not very common in Italy) and she even had breakfast with us and talked and shared her thoughts and we got to know her a little bit. The overall experience lifted up our short stay in Venice. I definitely recommend this place and I would go there again if I ever come back. Also it was very cheap which was good for our tight budget!

Everything. The receptionists are so helpful. For instance, they helped me do laundry (for a minimal price) and store my luggage after checkout without any hesitation or cost. The location is perfect. The washrooms are damn clean. It almost felt like living in a well maintained service apartment. The terrace is also good. It is always open. The beds are not dorm beds. You have three beds equally spaced in a large room. This is the best thing.
