The Baraset Barn Hotel far exceed our expectations, the location, the beautiful location I say was perfect, the room we had was in a very well appointed new building with huge bedroom, separate entrance with large bathroom and walk in shower, wine glasses, coffee pods and fridge all available and a large set of French doors and balcony overlooking farmland, stunning in the word. The property has large parking areas, which are free from both price and pot holes and have a Tesla charger for the volt and go drivers. Breakfast was in an absolutely stunning 5 star restaurant on site and was served freshly made by helpful happy staff. The most beautiful restaurant I have every visited.

The staff are very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast and evening meals were amazing. We enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely would go back 😀

Hotel was good. Food in the restaurant was not. Only ate there on one evening. Both of our meals were overcooked. Actually rubbish. Breakfast there was ok, but I ordered a poached egg, which was solid. Shame, because the hotel was good with not so good catering.

Close to town centre, so no need to use car once we arrived.
This was not so much character cottage, as tatty town house.
This was not so much character cottage, as tatty town house. It was grubby, dusty and uncomfortable. No free to air tv. There was a lack of the basics, like toilet paper and the kitchen seemed to be a repository for left over junk.
