25. Valencia, hotel in Selsey

Located just 13 km from Chichester Cathedral, 25. Valencia features accommodation in Selsey with access to a tennis court, a bar, as well as private check-in and check-out.

It is obvious that this owner cared very much about her property and about us having a good stay. Communication was very quick and helpful. The property itself was very clean and well looked after. The generous breakfast provisions were great and tailored to us being vegetarian. The kitchen had everything you could think of (and more) including an air fryer! Having towels provided was also a really helpful touch.

Emeralds caravan lettings, hotel in Selsey

Situated 300 metres from Selsey Beach, 14 km from Chichester Train Station and 15 km from Chichester Cathedral, Emeralds caravan lettings provides accommodation set in Selsey.

The hosts were very helpful and communicative and provided good information to help us find the caravan. We had a very comfortable stay, and the caravan was in a good location for easy access to the local beach and restaurant/bar etc. It was spotlessly clean and bedding smelt nice and fresh. The kitchen was very well appointed and tea and coffee supplied. There is a young childrens funfair across the road, but it shuts down before evening and its quiet in the evenings. Was not a problem. At night it was quiet and neighbours considerable. We used this as a convenient base for visiting West Wittering beach and the local area. A great value stay, thank you!

Selsey is a small town, with a good range of shops and restaurants with the main road leading to the pebble beach. There is a large caravan site nearby with a funfair and amusements, a nature reserve on the road into the town, a lifeboat station along the coast road and fresh seafood available.

    Amazing house - beautiful property.

Amazing house - beautiful property. Fantastically decorated, very comfortable bedrooms - all with an ensuite - great kitchen - parking - walk to the sea - gorgeous scenery - no complaints at all. We stayed here with our colleagues for our time at Goodwood Revival (where we had a stand). The property exceeded our expectations - we only wish we could have enjoyed more time there! The kitchen was amazing, bedrooms lush, bathrooms exceptional - we all enjoyed our stay so much and there is nothing to fault this place. Communication with the host was exceptional too - as well as all the lovely amenities she provided. We highly recommended this house and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.

We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings. Arundel is surely worth the journey. But : you have to find it out yourself. Seemingly, there is not much initiative of the local authorities to promote hikes, interesting walks and so on. And if they do, nothing of the matter was to be found in the place where we stayed...

We could do with more information about the entertainment and other activities we paid for. Some of the staff assumed we should have known. On the app, when we paid for the entertainment, it didn't specify what it covered though I tried to read this before arrival. We could do with better tick box what's included and what's not.

What a wonderful place! We had a fantastic two night stay. Spotlessly clean. Really lovely rooms, great shower. The staff were incredibly friendly; helpful and just lovely. They went above and beyond to accommodate. We felt really at home and comfortable. The space in the ‘dining room’ is so thoughtful. Which as a family we really enjoyed. The breakfast is exceptional. So much choice, all so fresh and excellent quality. All round, an incredible hotel.

Teresa and Vince are a lovely couple, Warm ; welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their home is lovely. We stayed in the Ruby room downstairs which was spacious and very clean. The lovely garden and heated pool are a real bonus. Perfect location, close to some local shops, bus stops, the beach and just a short walk to Selsey High Street..

We stayed in fantastic accommodation in Selsey right by the sea. The annex was very spacious, clean throughout, and the bed was super comfortable. Getting access was very easy, communication was quick and detailed, this annex is very close to the sea and near shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this annex to anyone who is visiting Selsey 😁

A family-owned, friendly, relaxed environment. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I am sure they will solve the problems. That is a good alternative to stay close to the beach and somehow feel like at home not in a hotel!

We have been staying at The Seal quite a lot recently and we knew there was no food on a monday, but this time we were told that there was also no food on tuesday. So 2 nights we have had to go out to find food after working 10hr+ days.

A beautiful bolthole with a hot shower and a big comfy bed, perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. It was too chilly to enjoy the private outside area but it’s very convenient when travelling with a pet.
