The location is great. Close to town and seafront. The bar and restaurant are very good. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
Lovely village, very relaxed Sunday vibe. Definitely not a party place so if you want a relaxing family friendly place this is for you. Too many beaches in easy reach to count. Would definitely return

Amazing house - beautiful property.
Amazing house - beautiful property. Fantastically decorated, very comfortable bedrooms - all with an ensuite - great kitchen - parking - walk to the sea - gorgeous scenery - no complaints at all. We stayed here with our colleagues for our time at Goodwood Revival (where we had a stand). The property exceeded our expectations - we only wish we could have enjoyed more time there! The kitchen was amazing, bedrooms lush, bathrooms exceptional - we all enjoyed our stay so much and there is nothing to fault this place. Communication with the host was exceptional too - as well as all the lovely amenities she provided. We highly recommended this house and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
We made a pleasant walk at Norton church and surroundings.
Arundel is surely worth the journey. But : you have to find it out yourself. Seemingly, there is not much initiative of the local authorities to promote hikes, interesting walks and so on. And if they do, nothing of the matter was to be found in the place where we stayed...

We could do with more information about the entertainment and other activities we paid for. Some of the staff assumed we should have known. On the app, when we paid for the entertainment, it didn't specify what it covered though I tried to read this before arrival. We could do with better tick box what's included and what's not.

Totally misled by the owner and the site owner regarding passes for admission to the swimming and entertainment,We were never challenged but had paid £120 for them ,also we were told day visitors were not allowed.Another misinformation,,on arrival we were just waved through,no person ever challenged us.My daughter would liked to have come for the day but was told by Jackie at seal bay by phone no day visitors during school holidays ,total bunkum ,dozens of people were walking around totally unchallenged,I hope they enjoyed it
What a wonderful place! We had a fantastic two night stay. Spotlessly clean. Really lovely rooms, great shower.
The staff were incredibly friendly; helpful and just lovely. They went above and beyond to accommodate. We felt really at home and comfortable.
The space in the ‘dining room’ is so thoughtful. Which as a family we really enjoyed.
The breakfast is exceptional. So much choice, all so fresh and excellent quality.
All round, an incredible hotel.
We stayed in fantastic accommodation in Selsey right by the sea. The annex was very spacious, clean throughout, and the bed was super comfortable. Getting access was very easy, communication was quick and detailed, this annex is very close to the sea and near shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this annex to anyone who is visiting Selsey 😁
Location was perfect for visiting friends in Selsey. The property was very clean and the hosts were very good at contacting me with details about check in. It is near to all the amenities in the village, and not far from the beach. Perfect for myself as a solo traveller for a nights stay!
We have been staying at The Seal quite a lot recently and we knew there was no food on a monday, but this time we were told that there was also no food on tuesday. So 2 nights we have had to go out to find food after working 10hr+ days.
Lovely place in Selsey. Great location and everything you need. Dog friendly as well. Selsey is a beautiful town very picturesque and from the house you have a choice of beaches and English coast paths. Will go back.
A beautiful bolthole with a hot shower and a big comfy bed, perfectly located for exploring West Sussex. It was too chilly to enjoy the private outside area but it’s very convenient when travelling with a pet.
The breakfast was fair for continental style
Location was unexpectedly longer distance than given by booking. Com ie almost 3 times stated
This property is a bnb not hotel as implied by the name
