Amazing spa facilities, super clean and really a 5* place. The only downside is that complimentary spa access is only 8-10am and 7-9pm but this actually turned out very workable. The reception was well staffed so didn't have to wait. Didn't try the restaurants. Would return for sure.

The Room was Quirky, we stayed in the Tower suite, it had a roll top Bath. I would not recommend this room to anyone who struggles which stairs, the clue is in the name, The Tower Suite, you have to climb the windy steps.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet despite being straight off the stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with a lovely bath.
There was a good choice of options at breakfast and the food was very good.
It was great to have parking on site.
We enjoyed the walk into the city centre although some might struggle with the long uphill walk back!
