Max and Robyn provided us with toys for the children which we were most grateful for. We were able to use washing and drying facilities with ease. Centrally located it was an excellent choice, we would highly recommend.

All rooms are serviced daily. My parents and I stayed only one night unfortunately. The accommodation is just off the highway so perfect for road trips. The room had the quality of a hotel and the comfort and utilities of an apartment. Excellent quality and all the necessary items required.Peter and his wife Tess have been most friendly and extremely helpful with my sick dad. Definitely recommend this beautiful accommodation for single, couple or family travelers. An exceptional place indeed.

A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some fruits and chocolates or cookies. The accommodation is non-smoking. Plenty of space, good location and not too far from local restaurants. The breakfast food and drinks were a plus. We loved feeding the animals.

Hideaway - A Couples Retreat is situated in Akaroa and offers a terrace. This cottage has a garden and free private parking.

The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a patio with garden views. Quiet, isolated, quaint, comfortable. Great to have breakfast on the porch on a sunny morning overlooking the garden while serenaded by many birds.
