The first thing that impressed me was the amount of space you get, it was my first time staying at a holiday home after using B&Bs; it had everything I needed and was pleased with the provision of a washing machine and freezer- I didn’t know when I’d be eating out and meant I didn’t need to do grocery shopping as much. I loved the private patio which has a table to seat a family, the lemon tree was in fruit when I was there so didn’t need to worry at all about running out of lemons😂 The second thing that impressed me was the pristine cleanliness, no trace of previous tenants, I’m very OCD about hygiene so it was def. up to par👍 The bed was comfortable and felt like a hybrid memory foam, suited me just fine, large wardrobe with adequate space for clothes (additional space in a large chest of drawers) and inside you can find plenty blankets, so I was toasty warm during chilly nights☺️. The bathroom was nice, although there’s a 6/7 inch step out of the shower and had to be careful stepping out as it was slippy so maybe a non-slip matt would have been safer…The living/ dining room was spacious, the sofa was comfortable enough. The kitchen was easy to cook in and came with a large fridge which can store enough food for a family if eating out frequently is too expensive. The one thing I’d say though, is that there was no oil for cooking, only one finger of washing up liquid and no rubber gloves, but I’m sure the owner will provide these things when asked (I was too shy😅). The area is lovely, I’ve stayed at 3 other accommodations in this neighbourhood and it was the most peaceful😌 Plus it’s almost a direct 5-10min walk away from supermarket Todis, and a short jaunt to a smaller local shop DOC, it’s near a bus route which takes you to the bustling Roman centre, and a train station within reach.

Nice clean well appointed studio. Very close to Ostia Antica if that is your intended location. Just be aware take public transport here. Traffic and taxis to and from Fiumicino are difficult and expensive. It would have been cheaper for me to stay in central Rome and take the express train to the airport. Studio is in a lovely village but is under the flight path from FCO. Noise dies down sometime at night but until then , you need noise cancelling headphones.

A lovely little apartment with a particularly well-equipped kitchen. It was a great place to stay after landing at Fiumicino that morning. The apartment is situated in a historical village setting which was interesting to walk around.

Our host was super helpful and provided great local information about transit and local history. The B&B is located in a quaint medieval village close to the Ostia Antica historic site and is easily reached from Rome by public transportation. It was also easy to reach the Rome airport from this location.

Generally good and clean. Some receptionists and cleaning staff were very nice, others were not. The Asian guy at the reception was great. We tried to walk to the village from the hotel - it was impossible. There is no footpath, the road is very narrow and the Italians drive fast and carelessly. They don't slow down around pedestrians at all. The bus stop is close but most guests of the hotel seemed to have cars. The rooms are small but a balcony helps. Be careful not to lock yourself at the balcony. It happened to us :/
