We enjoyed a great few days at Villa Santun. The location is perfect, very close to the centre of Ubud, it only took ~10 mins by taxi. The staff are super friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay pleasant. We had to wake them up to drop us at the pick up point in the middle of the night as we had a tour booked and they even did that with a smile. The facilities and breakfast were also great. Would recommend to anyone who is going to Ubud.

We stayed in the 1-Bedroom King Villa at Ayuterra Resort and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, peaceful, and luxurious. The villa itself was stunning – private, spacious, and perched above the treetops with breathtaking views of the jungle and river below.
The floating breakfast was a real highlight – a beautiful and indulgent start to each day. In-room massages were deeply relaxing and professionally done, and the nightly turndown service was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly looked after. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional – warm, attentive, and always a step ahead.
What we loved most was the total sense of privacy and how immediately comfortable we felt. Ayuterra manages to strike the perfect balance between luxury and intimacy. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already dreaming about coming back.

Absolutely the best accomodation we have been at in Bali! The service is beyond excellent, the staff was very helpful 24/7 and the people who work here are truly the nicest people we met! Their warm attitude made us feel better than home! The breakfast was the tastiest hotel breakfast we have ever had through our travels and food overall was absolutely delicious! The villas are spacious with great view over the rice fields with amazing pools! Worth every penny, 11/10!!!

The staff were incredible from start to finish. The Balinese cooking class led by the chef was a real highlight—it was absolutely delicious and so authentic. The reception team were friendly and efficient, the cleaning staff kept everything spotless, and the restaurant team was incredibly attentive—my husband asked for extra hot coffee once, and they remembered it for the rest of our stay! The complimentary yoga class and the free shuttle to Ubud city centre were lovely touches that made our experience even better.

The property is located in a serene and quiet area of Ubud surounded by nature. The people working there are extremelly helpful and they respond very quickly to your every need. Even though the property can be reached only by scooter from Kejang street the villa provide free scuter service whenever needed. The rooms are big and clean and decorated with care so that it really gives a homey feeling. I cannot wait to return.

Very quiet and private villas, we felt very secluded. Our private pool looked over lush green jungle. Bed was large and comfy. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Villas are absolutely beautiful, and luxurious and provide an island vibe. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is tasty and provides a variety of choices. The view from the private pool is stunning.
The setting at Arma is simply stunning. Huge tropical gardens and the added bonus of a river and an art gallery. We stayed in the ‘family’ villa which is actually two adjoining 1 bedroom villas with a private pool, and the rooms were phenomenally luxurious and beautiful. It was like a private slice of jungle paradise, but just within walking distance of great restaurants and the monkey forest
Superb calm n quiet though just of a bustling main road! The private villa we booked was excellent with 2 bedrooms n individual bathrooms.
