This is the most amazing accommodation we have stayed in. Instructions pre-arrival were fabulous, the house was so well equipped and luxurious we felt completely spoilt the moment we stepped in. Colin was very helpful and the cottage was lovely and warm and provided us with everything we needed, so much so, we have booked for next year already. Thank you so much for an amazing stay.

The cottage is very clean, comfy & spacious. Plenty of parking for our cars & van. Lots of small touches make it a home from home, eg Prosecco & cake left for us. The views from upstairs over the river & fields with sheep are lovely when you wake up. We enjoyed good food & drinks at the local village pub, The Eagle, which is 5 mins walk

Our room was modern, light and airy, with coffee and tea making facility and en suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable giving us both very restful nights' sleep. Off our room was a large modern bathroom with walk in shower - plenty of hot water. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast menu, which had multiple choices was well cooked with plenty of toast when requested. Location is in a small scenic village, easy to find, loads to do in nearby Bala and the white water centre not too far away. Village pub within walking distance.

A lovely little cottage in a very quiet village. It is ideally placed for visiting Bala and the surrounding area, and there is a regular bus service which stops pretty much outside the door. The local pub/shop is pleasant, but take note of the opening hours. The accommodation was ideal for two of us as we were on a motorbike holiday around the area. I would recommend this property to others and I would use it again if required.

Excellent location, spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. All beds and pillows very comfortable. Bath and shower in main bathroom with provision of good quality towels and even beach towels together with lovley luxury hand soap. Lounge has plenty of seating and depending on time of year, logs provided for wood burner should it prove a little chilly in the evening. However, for warm summer evenings lovley seating at back of the cottage, via patio doors.

Wonderful plentiful breakfast, offering two of all cooked breakfast items if you wish. Very Near to the Bala steam railway, going in to Bala Village. Everything spotlessly clean, great shower and extras in the room like a fan, lovely toiletries.

The B&B is fitted out to a high / uptodate standard and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable The owners were very helpful with my requests. The breakfast choice was good. The room was great value and I would certainly stay again when next in the area. The location is great for touring the area. ( I was on my motorbike) Thanks Gareth. There is a pub in the village ( walkable) which serves food although I didn’t try it on this occasion.
