Set in a 17th-century villa on the mountains overlooking Lake Maggiore, Villa Rosy offers rooms with TV. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bidet and shower, with free toiletries provided. The room was very spacious with a very nice balcony and perfect view. The personnel is very accommodating and made me feel right at home. The hotel serves 2 options in the restaurant which might feel limited, but the option i got was very tasteful and the portions are good. All this service and pleasant stay is priced very affordable.

Just 30 metres from the pier for boats to the Borromean Islands, La Luna Nel Porto is in Stresa. Each modern suite has a different design and a balcony or patio overlooking Lake Maggiore and the hills. Carlos, Alessia and Angelique were exceptional. They were very welcoming and provided excellent service during our five day stay. The Hotel is beautiful, clean and very well located. It would be difficult to find a better place to stay.

Cannobio, a very pretty town, in a beautiful location, offers so much to see and enjoy- we stayed 6 nights and would easily have enjoyed longer, even without travelling out to other locations like Baveno and Re. A wonderful holiday.
