This is one of the most charming small hotels we have ever stayed in and I would recommend it without hesitation. The room was comfortable, clean and with high quality decor and fitments. The meals in the restaurant were delicious and we enjoyed the view of the lake whilst dining. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In warm weather there is a grassy area from which you can swim in the lake and the hotel also has a sun terrace. It is a short walk from the centre of Mergozzo which is a delightful village with a choice of restaurants and some shops. It is a 20 min walk to the station from where there are trains north to Domodossola and south to Stresa and Milan.

Built on the shores of Mergozzo Lake, this charming hotel is just a few minutes from the village centre, right at the gateway to Val d'Ossola. During your stay you can easily explore the splendid natural surroundings, discovering the historical background and the green woods. This enchanting view is reflected on the waters of one of the cleanest lakes in Europe. Enjoying a great location, the hotel offers nicely furnished rooms, complete with every modern comfort. The hotel also offers private parking, solarium, beach, restaurant, bar and a panoramic terrace where meals are served.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.6 for a two-person trip.
