The property is 10 minutes' stroll from Newquay Train Station, 16 minutes' walk from Fistral Beach, and less than a mile from Newquay Zoo. The nearest car park is 3 minute’s walk away and there is also limited public parking on the neighbouring streets. Due to our central location, unfortunately we do not have parking ourselves. The location and room are excellent! Comfy bed, very good facilities and great breakfast. Staff are very kind and helpful. Initially we've booked the room with internal yard view, but the owners were very kind and provided us a room with sea view. We enjoyed our stay very much and for sure will be happy to come back.
