Superb location. Three blocks from the main bus stop that takes you everywhere from Brighton. Bus stop across the street to Three Sisters and all the way to Eastbourne. Lovely Property, good location a stones throw from the seafront and Kemptown is a nice area just out of the noisy city centre. I had never stayed anywhere without a ensuite but we were on a budget for this trip, so I was worried but it was no issue at all, there was only 3 rooms to one bathroom and it was kept very clean, so cannot complain for the price!! Jon came to let us in and gave us a lovely welcome, he helped us carry our bags in and gave us all the property info we needed.

The host, Leo, was eager to help and kind, exactly what we read in reviews from other sources before booking at Atlantic Seafront. As for other budget hotels in the area, the place is a little worn, but still very charming. The view is great, location is perfect for a walk in the Lanes/city centre/pier. Rooms are tidied every day and very clean.
