Very friendly staff and super clean, large, well kept room with plenty to offer. Pub downstairs was great as well. 11/10.

The property is 10 minutes' stroll from Newquay Train Station, 16 minutes' walk from Fistral Beach, and less than a mile from Newquay Zoo. The nearest car park is 3 minute’s walk away and there is also limited public parking on the neighbouring streets. Due to our central location, unfortunately we do not have parking ourselves. Lovely hotel in a great location with nice and friendly staff. We will definitely come back here

The hotel overlooks the park and abbey. ideal location in the centre of town. friendly staff and great food. the room was comfortable and well furnished.
