We liked the position because to was exceptionally easy to reach from the car rental. We were jet lagged but could easily reach target across the street for quick necessities. The pool was great for my 11 year old. We all connected to the internet provided and it was surprisingly fast. Loved it! The beds were soooo comfortable! The room was very clean.

Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. The shuttle is white and have huge name of Whymdram on it. You must wait the shuttle outside in front exit E. (Shuttle suspend services in O'Hare from12am to 4am and the L train blue line O'Hare suspend services from 12am to 5am - just Taxi is available outside Terminal 5 from 12am to 5am). Airport International arrival Terminal 5 is almost empty at this time. Take care.
