Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. I stayed only for a day to go to a concert in Allstate, the location is perfect it's literally next to the arena's parking lot so it took me 2 minutes to get back to the hotel once the concert was over. The room was spotless, very clean and bigger than I expected, with cooking facilities like a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini refrigerator, which were very convenient. The bathroom had a perfect huge mirror with amazing lighting, perfect to do your makeup. Also i came back late at night and they had the option to buy food from a refrigerator next to the reception, very convenient. Also, there's a Target, Ross and many other stores near the hotel. There's also a Starbucks, Subway, Chipotle and many other food options. Overall i had a great experience that exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay there again.
