Onsen bath was really nice and the Ryokan allowed us to bathe together as a couple.

Room was clean and as advertised. The private onsen was lovely.
Combining comfort with value for money, three-star hotels offer a wide assortment of amenities to keep you content. You can expect to find en suite bathrooms, WiFi in public areas and a dining area with breakfast options. Plenty of chain hotels fall within this star rating and offer central locations close to popular landmarks.
There are 3 different onsens, 1 at each of their buildings for us to try. Very relaxing experience. The hotel location is amazing. It is walkable within 2 3mins of the Gero station but there is also an available shuttle bus at Gero station if u have too many luggages. The breakfast spread is fabulous too with many varieties of japanese dish in bite sizes portions to try out, help with preventing food wastage also. My kids were both excited to sleep on the prepared futon in the ryokan style room
Located within a 2-minute walk from Gero train station, a 5-minuit walk to main town and the beautiful and clean river, location is unbeatable. Although the outdoor onsen is not big, it is sufficient for guests as there are not many rooms so not many guests use the onsen at the same time.
Food is great as expected. Service is warm and friendly.
The location was very pleasant.
Hotel conveniently situated; breakfast adequate.
Small village with a number of suitable restaurants and food outlets.
Onsen something that should be experienced but tub in room ideal.
