A absolutely beautiful apartment with nice Tatami mats covering most of the floor. Nice coloring on the walls and ceiling and some lovely decorations too. The looks and quality are an absolute 10/10 for the price. The closely located shops and stations are also perfect to be outside but fast into the city center. Also tip for newcomers: Free umbrella's! Everyone leaves them behind there.

I was very worried for I was left alone since my sister went back to Canada. So I was alone and I realize the premises had no elevators so I panicked. I messaged the facility staff and told them. At first I didn’t want to stay because my suitcase was such a huge inconvenience. But the staff helped me with bringing my suitcase up. They were so kind and nice! They offered to help me afterwards as well. I felt like I would do ok going back down compared to going up. But they were so great. So hospitable. My room was cleaned after I had food poisoning. Completely. I felt horrible but I did my best in cleaning up after myself. I am very happy with the room it was adorable, too big for myself but, it’s ok I used up the space. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful room overlooking the canal. Comfortable tatami room spacious enough for 3 adults and the little balcony was a bonus. Staff were just lovely and super helpful. Nice Onsen which I had to myself each time. Location is perfect and we will absolutely be staying here whenever we are in Osaka. Yes it’s a little noisy at night from the cruise boats but think about your location! Certainly didn’t bother us and made us feel part of the city. We loved it.

It's a very cozy and charming ryokan. It was very enjoyable to sit around drinking tea and listening to the jazz music from the bar. The owner is very nice and knows English well. She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions for local food.
