Even they are not able to speak very fluent English, they tried their best to accommodate us and used their mobile to translate their information to us. Their manager Yoshihiro Inada is very professional and good in his service. The breakfast is homely and delicious too. I will rebook this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.
