Walking distance to the Kurume City Plaza, where we had a conference. In between we found a great sushi place too - Shigenaga Mutsumon. Also groceries were close by.

Staff were extremely helpful with good service mind. The room was spacious and quite clean. Overall facilities were kept clean and in good condition despite being a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was Japanese style and lovely, with a plus on beautiful garden view. The portion might be too small for western people though.
