New and large room. Comfortable beddings and so far the best quality TV in any hotel we have stayed. Most hotel’s Tv are crappy. This one is large, clear crisp signal with good channels too!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could use the messaging function in Booking.com to communicate with their staff when we would reach Hita station so that they could fetch us to the hotel. The dinner and breakfast were delicious that we finished everything, which is a feat by itself because there were a lot of food items.

The hotel staffs are attentive, the rooms are clean and spacious enough. The onsen is very comfortable and we get to enjoy a nice view on the 10th floor when we soak in the bath. Breakfast is delicious and the waiter single handedly served all the guests, yet, there isn’t any moment we felt that he is inattentive.

Lovely quiet location. It is more like a guesthouse. We had the whole place to ourselves! Coco, the owner, was very friendly. She walked with us to a nice little restaurant in the evening. She had bought all the stuff for our breakfast. We cooked it in the morning.
