Located in the very heart of the city, moments from the city centre railway station, Sleeperz Newcastle has countless iconic landmarks steps away from its doorstep. Take a stroll along the river Tyne and pay a visit to the city’s 900 hundred year old castle, first erected during the Norman conquest.

Very clean, comfortable, staff is extremely friendly and they only allow guests in throhgh the door after 11 for security reasons, which made us feel that little bit safer in the city centre. Location is great for someone who wanted to explore the city on foot and i didn't have to take a bus to get to places.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre and a stones throw from the railway and metro stations. Our room was spacious enough and comfortable for one night, but it's very basic. This leads into the cost however which was extremely reasonable and very budget friendly. Staff that we dealt with were all polite, friendly and courteous. Can't comment on breakfast facilities as we decided to go out for breakfast.

The size of the apartment, well presented, clean, tidy, warm and secure. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Location was excellent for city centre, park and walk and also for excursions to the beach (Tynemouth and Whitley Bay) only about 10 -15 miles away . Car parking is off road and outside the property. Works really well . Plenty of Places to eat to suit budgets and food requirements .

First stay here as it was a very good price with breakfast. Handy location for coach and rail stations and not too far from the city centre. The staff were very welcoming. Room was clean with a hot shower and I had two nights brilliant sleep. Breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Far nicer than we had expected! Very central. Breakfast was brilliant! Parking was just next door and wasn’t too expensive for city centre. Staff very friendly. Very clean. Several nice touches you wouldn’t expect from a budget hotel, like books you can borrow, and free tea/coffee in the reception.

Sleeperz is a nice twist on the budget hotel. Nice simple rooms with everything you need. Clean and welcoming, the only thing I would say is the aircon is a bit flaky. Excellent breakfast and a brilliant location for the station. Stayed a couple of times for work and was very impressed.

Despite seeing the reviews of the hotel, I took a chance to reserve it and my stay exceeded expectations. This was a budget hotel so expectations were not high. We travelled from Liverpool to see Ed Sheeran in Sunderland. Basic room but it was clean and comfortable. Shower was great! Comfy bed! Quick check-in and hassle free parking. Rang down for extra pillows, delivered to room in 5 mins. Staff were so friendly and helpful, helped with directions to train centre etc. Fabulous location to city centre, 10 min walk. Breakfast was a takeout bag which we expected with plenty in it.
