Detached studio - Large shower ensuite - Kitchen - Only 3 Miles from Lyme Regis & Charmouth - Free WiFi & Private parking - Pet friendly with small fenced garden, hotel in Burton Bradstock

Set 2 miles from Axminster, this apartment is in a rural setting and features a private garden with outdoor seating. The property is 40 km from Exeter. Free WiFi is provided.

We found the property very cosy, welcoming and very doggy friendly. Everything has been thought of for a comfy stay including doggy bin in the garden area, bowels for them to drink etc. We were also given tips on local places to view and eat by the hosts which we really appreciated. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you very much 😀

Dog friendly. Great location, just 10 mins walk to the beach and the local pubs! The property is modern, clean and has great facilities. Views of Lyme Bay at the front and sunshine in the rear garden. Unexpected welcome pack, which was appreciated.

The location was the only good point. You will still need a car to get about as the beach is a good 25-20 minute walk. Parking at the property is very awkward. We received a telling off from a neighbour. Only one space for one car and its very tight, & not ideal if you have a large car.

A perfect location for a walk to West Bay for lunch and the village has some really good pubs if you don't feel like cooking. We ate in both evenings, using the well stocked kitchen and found the house perfect for playing games and socialising.

When we arrived there was milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge and crisps and marmalade on the table as a little welcome gift witch was great as I really fancied a cuppa when I got there 👌😄 Everything was cosy, warm, easy to get around and a lovely location to just go for a walk around the block. The beds were comfy, the hot water was always hot and the kitchen was easy to cook and move around in. Easy parking Sarah was easy to contact if needed anything
