The staffs are so friendly and professional! This will be the place of my stay in Kumamoto from now on. The view from their public bath was amazing as will, and my room was right down stairs, lol. (Btw, please don’t take pictures of the public bath, I apologize for doing so.)

Quality and offerings of food were great. The place also has 2 onsens with mountain / caldera views which were so peaceful in the morning! And another one with an outdoor space. Finally, I loved the Showa era retro vibes.
