Featuring a spa and wellness centre, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel features a sauna and a 24-hour front desk.

This hotel and the room are amazing! I should have stayed longer but I could not (thanks to the hotel and their understanding), I will come back another time, for sure. The room is between traditional and futurist styles. The entrance (leave your shoes here), the doors are old ways style and very nice. The bathroom has a real sauna and hammam, tv in the bath, and every little stuff aside are very appreciable. The bed is very big and confy, so is the couch, the tv is enormous, there are karaoke stuff, bluetooth connection to the room, ambiance lights to configure as you want, and so many details and little stuff, I appreciated, I cannot list them all. Special thanks to Sayaka who speaks french, and quite good! I love and will keep the helpful and nice postcard you left to me at the door regarding my request, I was moved by it, thank you so much / MERCI BEAUCOUP <3

The most outstanding aspect of this hotel is definitely the service level of the staffs. Their attention to details and mannerism is impeccable. The free spa visit that comes with the room is a pleasant addition. The room is spacious for a Japan hotel, and the room amenities are worth noting. The room came with a fridge filled with complementary selection of sake, juices, soda, and bottled water. Keurig coffee capsules and machine were also provided. There were welcome wagashi as well.

Totally professional operation , the room was big by Japanese standards had correct lighting and good layout ,ample phone and power charging points Staff everywhere to help , very high level of security They even have the assistant manager at their own desk in the foyer [ not that I needed] ; when in a lot of poorly run hotels when you want to get something resolved yo find the manager has "' gone for the day "' Taxis were always waiting and we used them to take us down to the Shimbashi JR station [ approx 1000 yen ] for the JR Yanamanote line to Shinjuku or Tokyo [2 stops] , also the porter would advise the taxidriver in Japanese where you wanted to go Had an amazing Gym , lots of modern machines and even a nurse in atrendance, and a large indoor heated pool Excellent breakfast lots of gluten-free options fruit and salads , omelets Every aspect of the hotel was fully staffed without question would stay here again

The rooms were beautifully clean and felt spacious and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke English when our Japanese fell short! Breakfast was lovely with something for everyone, and, as we were missing our dog who we left at home, we loved seeing all the cute little dogs coming and going :) The en-suite was nice at the bath had a jet stream which was very relaxing! Easy walk to the trains and the 7-11, which had everything we needed.

The room is spacious and the private massage chair that is in every room is fantastic! The breakfast was also delicious and large enough. Location is nice since its 10 minutes walking to Tokyo station (and close to the metro).

The room we booked was large with a seating area. Enjoyed having space to relax and to have some casual meals. We chose not to include breakfast as we had been cruising and eating formal meals. It was good to enjoy some easy meals.

The hotel is honestly a 10/10! The location feels very local and premium and it is just 5' away from the metro station so you can easily head to Shinjuku in 15'. The japanese breakfast was exceptional and the Onsen was super clean and peaceful. We recommend you also try the massage and the yakitori restaurant just opposite the hotel, that are true gems. We absolutely loved our room, wich was spacious and spotlessly clean!

Our twin room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Having a washer & drier as well as a microwave is a luxury while travelling. The breakfast offered sufficient options for asian and western tastes. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel: Close to the madness of Shinjuku yet tug away in a very quiet area full of excellent food options and very pedestrian friendly. We will definitely come back!
